Coupon Quiz: Donate Coupons to Military Families

Coupon Quiz is a website dedicated to giving grocery coupons to military families living overseas. It's often difficult to locate coupons for military families overseas. Although you can donate your own coupons and ship them to bases overseas, this can become expensive!

The Coupon Quiz website gives you the option to take a short quiz. Each time you participate, they will donate coupons for you. You can answer up to 5 questions per day. This is worth $2.50 in coupons. As of July 2010, Coupon Quiz has donated $5476.50 worth of coupons!

The Penny Experiment: How Far Can Your Stretch a Penny for Charity?

Jeffrey Strain is on a mission to see how much our pennies can make a difference.

On his blog, The Penny Experiment, he tracks the donations of couponers to their local food banks. The concept is simple. How far can you get your pennies to stretch by using coupons to purchase food?

To encourage other couponers to donate, he stays pretty busy collecting food himself. He posts weekly about his deliveries to local food banks. Can you imagine delivering over 700 boxes of Kellogg's cereal?
